Domaine de la Vougeraie demonstrates the precision of biodynamic viticulture across some of Burgundy's most celebrated appellations, while Joseph Colin has become one of the Côte de Beaune's most sought-after names, crafting Chardonnay of remarkable purity, tension and mineral precision. Bertrand Bachelet expresses the elegance and finesse of the Côte de Beaune through meticulous vineyard work and restrained winemaking, while Joseph Pascal continues a family tradition rooted in classic Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet. Camille & Guillaume Boillot represent Burgundy's new generation, producing vibrant, terroir-driven wines that combine energy, precision and exceptional balance.

Alongside its still wines, Burgundy is also home to Crémant de Bourgogne, one of France's finest traditional-method sparkling wines. Produced primarily from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, Crémant de Bourgogne undergoes a second fermentation in bottle and extended ageing on the lees, developing fine bubbles, fresh citrus character and elegant brioche complexity. The appellation was established to offer producers outside Champagne the opportunity to craft world-class sparkling wines while expressing Burgundy's own distinctive limestone terroirs and grape varieties.
