Style:
A precise and elegant white Burgundy, combining finesse with mineral tension and depth. Refined and structured, with excellent aging potential.

Biodynamically farmed grapes, hand-harvested and whole-bunch pressed. Fermented with native yeasts and aged in French oak barrels (partially new) with lees contact, enhancing texture, complexity, and integration.
Production:
~2300 bottles
Nose/Palate:
Citrus, white flowers, green apple, and flinty mineral notes on the nose, followed by a medium-bodied palate with vibrant acidity, linear mineral-driven structure, citrus and orchard fruit flavors, subtle oak and lees texture, and a long, precise, elegant finish.
