Style:
A precise and mineral-driven white Burgundy, defined by tension, freshness, and elegance. Linear and focused, with a refined and energetic profile.
Vineyard:
Located in Saint-Aubin, in the Premier Cru “En Remilly,” on high-altitude, limestone-rich slopes bordering Puligny-Montrachet. This exposed site produces wines with pronounced minerality, freshness, and structure.
Winery:
Hand-harvested grapes, whole-bunch pressed and fermented with native yeasts. Aged in French oak barrels (low percentage of new oak) with lees contact, enhancing texture while preserving precision and tension.
Nose/Palate:
Citrus, lemon zest, white flowers, flint, and subtle herbal notes on the nose, followed by a medium-bodied palate with vibrant acidity, sharp mineral-driven structure, citrus and saline flavors, and a long, precise, elegant finish.
