Winery:
Biodynamically farmed grapes, hand-harvested and whole-bunch pressed. Fermented with native yeasts and aged in French oak barrels, with lees contact to enhance texture, complexity, and integration.

Citrus, white flowers, stone fruit, and subtle toasted notes on the nose, followed by a medium to full-bodied palate with vibrant acidity, layered mineral-driven structure, citrus and orchard fruit flavors, subtle oak and lees influence, and a long, precise, elegant finish.
