Domaine Joseph Pascal Cremant de Bourgogne

Style:
A fresh and elegant traditional-method sparkling wine, combining finesse with vibrancy and balance. Light, crisp, and highly refreshing.

Vineyard:
Located in Burgundy, sourced from vineyards planted on limestone and clay soils across the region. These terroirs provide freshness, acidity, and a fine mineral backbone ideal for sparkling wines.

Winery:
Hand-harvested grapes, gently pressed and fermented at low temperatures. Secondary fermentation takes place in bottle (traditional method), followed by aging on lees to enhance texture and complexity. Aged on lees for approximately 24 months.

Nose/Palate:

Green apple, citrus, white flowers, and light brioche notes on the nose, followed by a light-bodied palate with fine bubbles, crisp acidity, fresh citrus and orchard fruit flavors, subtle pastry nuances, and a clean, refreshing, elegant finish.

Domaine Joseph Pascal

Domaine Joseph Pascal is a family-run domaine based in Puligny-Montrachet, with roots in the Côte de Beaune dating back several generations. Today led by Jean-Luc Pascal, the estate farms around 14 hectares across sought-after appellations including Puligny-Montrachet, Meursault, and Auxey-Duresses.

The focus is on traditional, terroir-driven Burgundy, with careful vineyard work and a balanced approach in the cellar. Fermentation and ageing take place in oak barrels, used judiciously to preserve freshness, precision, and the character of each site.

The wines - primarily Chardonnay with some Pinot Noir - are elegant, mineral, and classically styled, offering purity and finesse rather than excess. Domaine Joseph Pascal remains a discreet but highly respected source for authentic, small-scale white Burgundy.
