Style:
An elegant and refined Burgundy Pinot Noir, combining finesse with depth and structure. Silky and expressive, with a balanced and terroir-driven profile.
Vineyard:
Located in Vougeot, in the monopole vineyard “Clos du Prieuré,” planted on limestone and clay soils. This site produces wines with a balance of structure, freshness, and aromatic complexity typical of the Côte de Nuits.
Winery:
Biodynamically farmed grapes, hand-harvested and carefully sorted. Fermented with native yeasts and gentle extraction. Aged in French oak barrels (partially new), enhancing complexity while preserving finesse and terroir expression.
Nose/Palate:
Red berries, cherry, floral notes, spice, and subtle earthy nuances on the nose, followed by a medium-bodied palate with fine tannins, vibrant acidity, layers of red fruit, spice and mineral notes, and a silky, elegant, persistent finish.
