1. General Provisions
1.1. This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on gasparswines.com, operated by Gasparas, UAB (registered address: J. Savickio g. 4-7, Vilnius, Lithuania; email: info@gaspars.lt).
1.2. This Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms and Conditions.
2. Delivery Methods
2.1. Orders are delivered via Venipak courier service.
2.2. Orders may also be collected free of charge from our pickup location:

3. Delivery Time
3.1. The usual delivery time is 1–3 business days from the moment the order is confirmed, provided the item is in stock.
3.2. In exceptional cases (e.g., high order volume, courier delays, remote delivery addresses), delivery may take longer. The Buyer will be notified by email if a significant delay is expected.
3.3. Orders are processed and dispatched on business days only. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Delivery Area

5. Shipping Costs
5.1. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method and destination selected.
5.2. Pickup at the Gasparas, UAB location listed above is free of charge.
6. Alcohol Delivery Restrictions
6.1. In accordance with the Law on Alcohol Control of the Republic of Lithuania, orders containing alcoholic beverages are delivered only during the hours permitted by law.
6.2. The Buyer must ensure that the person receiving the goods is at least 20 years old. The courier may request identification (ID) upon delivery to confirm the recipient's age. If age cannot be verified, the courier has the right to refuse delivery.
6.3. Alcohol cannot be left unattended at the door or with a third party who cannot confirm they meet the minimum age requirement.
7. Receiving Your Order
7.1. Upon delivery, the Buyer should check the condition of the parcel together with the courier.
7.2. After signing the delivery note (or confirming receipt with the courier), the parcel is considered received in good condition.
7.3. Any visible damage to the packaging should be reported to the courier immediately and noted on the delivery documentation.
8. Failed or Missed Deliveries
8.1. If the Buyer is unavailable to receive the delivery, Venipak will typically attempt redelivery or leave the parcel at a designated pickup point, depending on the courier's standard procedure.
8.2. If the Buyer refuses to accept the delivered goods without a valid reason, the Buyer shall cover the delivery costs incurred.
9. Order Tracking
9.1. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your parcel's status.
