Aurore Casanova is a small, artisanal Champagne house based in Mardeuil, founded by Aurore Casanova and her husband Jean-Baptiste Robinet, both part of a dynamic new generation of growers.
With just 3.8 hectares and an annual production of around 15,000 bottles, their Champagnes are rare, handcrafted expressions of diverse terroirs across Montagne de Reims, Côte des Blancs, and Vallée de la Marne.
Aurore’s unconventional journey - from international ballerina to vigneronne - shapes a philosophy rooted in harmony with nature, reflected in their certified organic and biodynamic vineyard practices. Working with old vines, natural fermentations, and minimal intervention, they create precise, mineral-driven wines with depth and elegance.
