Les Grands Blancs is a 100% Chardonnay Grand Cru Champagne sourced from prized parcels in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger. Though it serves as the domaine’s introduction, it fully reflects the precision and elegance of the Côte des Blancs.

Blending around 80% of the base vintage with reserve wines, and aged mostly in old oak casks, it gains both texture and depth while preserving freshness. With a low dosage of around 3 g/l, the palate is clean and focused, showing citrus, white flowers, and a fine chalky minerality with a smooth, balanced finish.

An “entry” cuvée in name only - delivering true Grand Cru character, combining purity, subtle oak complexity, and remarkable drinkability.

Robert Moncuit

Champagne Robert Moncuit is a family-run estate in the Grand Cru village of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, led today by Pierre Amillet, grandson of the founder. The domaine farms around 8 hectares of Chardonnay in some of the finest sites of the Côte des Blancs, including old vines in Mesnil and Oger, with a clear focus on expressing the purity of these chalk-rich terroirs.

The approach is classic and precise, with fermentation in tank and extended ageing on lees to build texture while preserving freshness and balance. Each cuvée reflects a traditional, terroir-driven style rooted in the identity of Grand Cru Chardonnay.

The wines are refined, mineral, and elegant - true Blanc de Blancs with tension, clarity, and finesse. Robert Moncuit remains a benchmark for authentic, small-scale Champagne from Le Mesnil, valued for its consistency and understated precision.
