Les Chétillons 2017 is a single-vineyard 100% Chardonnay Grand Cru from one of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger’s most celebrated sites. This cuvée captures the precision and tension that define the finest expressions of the village.

Vinified in a mix of tank and neutral oak with full malolactic fermentation, and aged to build complexity, it shows a focused yet layered profile. The palate offers citrus, green apple, and subtle brioche notes, carried by a pronounced chalky minerality and a long, incisive finish.

A benchmark Mesnil cuvée - precise, mineral, and built for aging, expressing the purity and structure of this iconic Grand Cru vineyard.

Robert Moncuit

Champagne Robert Moncuit is a family-run estate in the Grand Cru village of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, led today by Pierre Amillet, grandson of the founder. The domaine farms around 8 hectares of Chardonnay in some of the finest sites of the Côte des Blancs, including old vines in Mesnil and Oger, with a clear focus on expressing the purity of these chalk-rich terroirs.

The approach is classic and precise, with fermentation in tank and extended ageing on lees to build texture while preserving freshness and balance. Each cuvée reflects a traditional, terroir-driven style rooted in the identity of Grand Cru Chardonnay.

The wines are refined, mineral, and elegant - true Blanc de Blancs with tension, clarity, and finesse. Robert Moncuit remains a benchmark for authentic, small-scale Champagne from Le Mesnil, valued for its consistency and understated precision.
