Vineyard:
Located in the Douro Valley, sourced from vineyards planted on schist soils. The warm, dry climate and steep slopes ensure low yields, concentration, and depth, while altitude helps preserve freshness and balance.

Winery:
Hand-harvested grapes, fermented with native yeasts and extended maceration. Aged in French oak barrels to enhance structure, complexity, and integration.

Nose/Palate:

Blackberries, plums, spice, cocoa, and subtle floral notes on the nose, followed by a medium to full-bodied palate with ripe black fruit, spice, well-integrated oak, firm tannins, balanced acidity, and a long, structured, elegant finish.

Style:

A terroir-driven vintage Champagne, combining richness, texture, and mineral precision. Elegant and gastronomic, with a distinctive saline finish.

Vineyard:

Located in Trigny, in the Montagne de Reims. Produced from 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay sourced from the Chevillevy, Jardin (planted in 2013), and Marisson (planted in 1978) parcels on clay and sandy soils. The estate is organically farmed.

Winery:

Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for one year in 2.2 hL French oak barrels. Bottled by hand, riddled manually, and disgorged in December 2023. Extra Brut (5 g/L dosage) with no fining or filtration.

Production:

Limited production of 930 bottles from the 2019 vintage.

Nose / Palate:

Ripe citrus, orchard fruit, brioche, and subtle oak notes. Rich and textured, with vibrant acidity, pronounced minerality, and a distinctive saline finish that reflects the wine's terroir.
