Style
A refined and terroir-driven Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs, combining depth, precision, and chalky minerality. Elegant, textured, and gastronomic.
Vineyard
Single parcel Les Mussettes, in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger Grand Cru, Côte des Blancs. 100% Chardonnay from massal-selection vines planted in 1971, with deep colluvial soils over chalk providing both richness and mineral precision.
Winery
Vinified in a combination of barrels and stainless steel, followed by 11 months of oak aging and more than 4 years of bottle aging on lees, developing texture and complexity.
Nose / Palate
Citrus, white fruit, and subtle brioche notes. Layered and finely textured, with fresh acidity, a distinctive saline edge, chalky minerality, and a long, precise finish.
