Style:
A traditional yet fresh Alentejo white, combining old-vine complexity with a balanced, elegant profile. Textured and food-friendly, with both richness and precision
Vineyard:
Located in Alentejo, sourced from old field-blend vineyards planted on granite and schist soils. Poor soils and old vines naturally limit yields, enhancing concentration while maintaining freshness.
Winery:
Hand-harvested grapes, whole-bunch pressed and fermented with native yeasts. Vinified mainly in stainless steel with a small proportion in neutral oak, followed by short lees aging to enhance texture and complexity.
Production:
~40 000 bottles
Nose/Palate:
Citrus, stone fruit, light herbal notes, and subtle minerality on the nose, followed by a medium to full-bodied palate with a rounded yet fresh profile, citrus and orchard fruit flavors, delicate herbal and mineral nuances, and a textured, balanced, persistent finish.
