Style:
A fresh and mineral-driven white Burgundy, combining vibrancy with elegance and precision. Lively and approachable, with a clean and balanced profile.
Vineyard:
Located in Auxey-Duresses, in the Côte de Beaune. Vineyards are planted on limestone and clay soils, with slightly cooler conditions that enhance acidity, freshness, and mineral character.
Winery:
Hand-harvested grapes, whole-bunch pressed and fermented with native yeasts. Aged in French oak barrels (mostly used) with lees contact, enhancing texture while preserving freshness and finesse.
Nose/Palate:
Citrus, green apple, white flowers, and light mineral notes on the nose, followed by a light to medium-bodied palate with bright acidity, crisp mineral-driven structure, citrus and orchard fruit flavors, and a fresh, clean, elegant finish.
